Please refer to the warranty code on the item line for the warranty coverage as below :

W:Agt – All warranty coverage are according to respective brands agent’s T&C, customer will need to liaise direct with agent for warranty issues.
W:01 – Machine do not have any warranty and after sales service is not advisable due to value + parts availability.
W:02 – Machine do not have any warranty, after sales service is applicable at additional charges.
W:03 – 6mths, Warranty coverage for 6 months on manufacturers’ defect.
W:04 – 12mths, Warranty coverage for 12 months on manufacturers’ defect.

*MACHINES WITH WARRANTY ARE ON MANUFACTURER DEFECTS ON PARTS ONLY, SUBJECT TO FACTORY’S EVALUATION AND APPROVAL.

*PARTS CLAIM SUBJECT TO CONDTIONS NOT DUE TO OVERUSE/MISUSE/BURNT OUT/WEAR & TEAR.

*EXCLUDE LABOUR CHARGES (ORIGINAL OWNER – NOT TRANSFERABLE), CLAIM IS ONLY FOR MANUFACTURER DEFECTS PARTS, EXCLUDE DAMAGE CAUSE BY MISUSE, OVERLOADING, IMPROPER HANDLING.

*PLASTIC/RUBBER/ELEMENT/BLADES/WEAR AND TEAR PARTS ARE NOT COVER UNDER WARRANTY.

*IF PARTS NOT AVAILABLE IN SINGAPORE, COURIER FEE TO SHIP IN THE PARTS FROM OVERSEAS/FACTORY WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.

*OFF-SITE SERVICE FOR AFTER SALES REPAIR, ADDITIONAL LABOUR & TRANSPORT ARE CHARGABLE FOR COLLECTION & ON-SITE SERVICING.

*MACHINES ARE TESTED BEFORE DELIVERY SO SIGNS OF MARKS OF TESTING IS NORMAL.
